Book a 30 minute Zoom consultation to discuss your requirements. 

It is informal, friendly and fun!

During your consultation you will be asked to describe a place of perfect peace, that you can imagine in some detail. This will be used to create the poetic imagery to help you quickly achieve a deeply relaxed state.

Then we discuss the purpose of 

your guided meditation. 

This could be anything from 

reducing anxiety and learning to let go, 

to building confidence and 

manifesting your dreams. 

The choice is all yours.

Further ways to personalise your meditation: Choosing to have background music, 

sounds of nature, or both!

Leaving long pauses or 

keeping continual guidance. 

Opting for a shorter length of 12-15 mins 

or a more deepening 20-30 mins.

You decide.

On receipt of payment, within 14 days you will receive an original high quality recording made only for you, that includes guided imagery and visualisation based wholly on your consultation, written in a poetic form that incorporates deep relaxation and breathing techniques.

Once you have received your recording, you will have 30 days to request changes. We want you to be completely happy and benefit fully from its use, so will work on it with you until it is perfect. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds.
