I recently had the pleasure of working with Carma, who crafted a guided relaxation poem tailored specifically to my needs.
From the initial Zoom assessment to the final experience, her process was thoughtful and thorough. She took the time to understand my goal, and the result was a beautiful guided session that felt both personal and effective.
The pacing was perfect, making it easy to follow, and the pauses were well-timed for maximum relaxation. I especially enjoyed the background nature sounds, which added to the soothing atmosphere.
Carma's approach is not only creative but also practical, as she incorporates techniques like visualisation and subtle body movements for deeper engagement.

I really enjoyed Carma's bespoke breath work poetry. It's unlike any other type of guided meditation I've listened to before. The rhythm of the poetry really helps me get into the flow of the recording. The topic is about releasing anxiety and I definitely feel more relaxed.
