Carma Breathing is a holistic antenatal resource developed by a midwife to prepare your mind and body for birth, using evidence-based techniques that work with your physiology.
Through a unique combination of breathing techniques and guided meditation, Carma Breathing supports you to feel calm, connected and in control throughout your pregnancy journey.
Each breathing technique has been thoughtfully devised to support you through specific stages of labour, using visualisation to focus your attention and guide your pace. Alongside this, beautifully written guided meditations encourage deep rest and relaxation, help to alleviate anxiety, and promote an essential connection with your baby.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Erica, who crafted a guided relaxation poem tailored specifically to my needs.
From the initial Zoom assessment to the final experience, her process was thoughtful and thorough. She took the time to understand my goal, and the result was a beautiful guided session that felt both personal and effective.
The pacing was perfect, making it easy to follow, and the pauses were well-timed for maximum relaxation. I especially enjoyed the background nature sounds, which added to the soothing atmosphere.
Erica's approach is not only creative but also practical, as she incorporates techniques like visualisation and subtle body movements for deeper engagement.
I would highly recommend lovely Erica.

I really enjoyed Erica's bespoke breath work poetry. It's unlike any other type of guided meditation I've listened to before. The rhythm of the poetry really helps me get into the flow of the recording. The topic is about releasing anxiety and I definitely feel more relaxed.
The fact that the content is tailored not only to my topic but to a specific place I love makes it especially meaningful. I highly recommended these guided journeys!

With all of the uncertainty in life I was feeling incredibly overwhelmed. My intention was to create a space for abundance. Erica's mindfulness recording put my mind at ease and enabled me to welcome this.

Carma Breathing was conceived by Erica (aka Carma) in 2023, when she wrote a guided imagery poem for her daughters, to help them set intentions.
She is a Registered Midwife and Hypnobirthing Instructor, and has studied Breathwork, Meditation and Guided Imagery & Visualisation for Therapeutic Change.
