Carma Breathing created a guided meditation for me for a recent surf trip. The focus of the meditation was to be able to navigate potentially tricky situations in big waves without fear, and also having the confidence to really go for it and enjoy the moment. I listened to the meditation every morning before heading out for a surf and it really made a big difference. I surfed in conditions that were way outside my comfort zone and not once did I feel any fear. I surfed some amazing waves and had the time of my life. The meditation was really able to put me into a calm and positive state of mind where I felt I was able to focus on my surfing.

I really enjoyed Erica's bespoke breath work poetry. It's unlike any other type of guided meditation I've listened to before. The rhythm of the poetry really helps me get into the flow of the recording. The topic is about releasing anxiety around steady streams of income and letting in abundance. I definitely feel more relaxed about this part of my life, and the fact that the content is tailored not only to my topic but to a specific place I love made it especially meaningful. I highly recommended these guided journeys!

Carma Breathing was conceived by Erica (aka Carma) in 2023
when she wrote a guided
imagery poem for her daughters, to help them
set intentions.
She is a Registered Midwife & Hypnobirthing Instructor,
has studied Breathwork & Meditation, and Guided Imagery & Visualisation for Therapeutic Change at The Human Givens College.
She has a background in writing and the creative arts.
